At Ingleside Jewellery we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to all locations within the United Kingdom. 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time will vary in correlation to the shipping option selected at checkout. 
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes 3-4 business days after your order has been processed.

- Express Shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 business days after processing.
Premium Shipping Delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 business days after processing and you will be provided with tracking information. 

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 will apply.
Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping on all orders over £150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £5.99 will apply.
Premium Delivery: We offer premium delivery at checkout for a flat fee of £9.99. 

Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. 
Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If you realise there is a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours, building management, or contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

Delivery Delays
Unforeseen Delays: We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but please be aware that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
