Overview
At Ingleside Jewellery we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process under the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes but is not limited to earrings, ear cuffs & gift cards.
Return Process
1. Login to your online portal and select 'return item' within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Authorisation & detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a similarly sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. You must Include your original order number.
4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
Ingleside Jewellery can't accept exchanges due to sizing or style issues. Please refer to the 'Damaged or faulty Items' section below if this relates to your order.
Damaged or faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or faulty items must be returned prior to a refund or replacement item processed.
